I’ve gone to Kye with my problems for over a year now. What I really appreciate about working with a coach is that I can call him whenever I’m in crisis and if he isn’t able to answer immediately (which, to be clear, is usually what happens) he gets back to me ASAP. He listens deeply, he works with me with what feels like the most important parts of my struggle at that moment and helps me make a plan of what comes next. Plus, we are able to work together far more consistently than I can with my counsellor. That has been so much more helpful than I could have imagined when I first started. I struggle with sex addiction. So for me this has been when I’ve had a relapse, when I’m in a bad spot, or if there are amends I’m trying to make and I just don’t know if it’s the right time. I’ve been in recovery for almost 4 years and working with a coach has given me personal accountability in a way that’s been so helpful which I struggled to find in both counselling and 12 step. Kye is responsive. I never feel judged, and he meets me where I am. I know that sometimes when I call him there are bigger problems at play, but if what’s important is the crisis in front of me, that’s what he’ll focus on. He’ll challenge me but in a way that doesn’t feel critical. I can’t recommend it enough. If you are struggling, or are looking to take your recovery to the next level, work with Kye.

Kye is a wonderfully kind human being. He truly takes the time to understand where you are at TODAY and NOW, and doesn’t judge – whatever your circumstances may be at that moment. He takes the time to check in on you, follow up with you and he went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. I truly appreciate the work he did with me.

Kye provided a safe space for me to share my thoughts, Goals and Aims . He guided me to take action and make decisions on my own. Unlike other forms of help, I felt empowered to take action and make life changes not because someone else was telling me to do so, but because it was what I believe and want.
